Just read that Jeannie Longo is racing Mt. Hood!!! That's too damn cool! She's someone I've admired since I started cycling back in 1983. That's pretty damn remarkable.
I had a last minute invite to work for one the the pro women's teams at Mt. Hood this year, but couldn't pull the strings to cover my Bay Area life while I was away. Would have been cool to see Jeannie in person.
